Mark as Useful Said he is from AC Services, which is a professional company soliciting for "charities". The charity only gets 30% of your donation. AND when you pledge to one, ACS will keep calling for other charities.

Mark as Useful asked if I had a visa ending with specific numbers. I asked who he was and why he wanted to know. Mumbled something, then said he wasn't selling anything that I was a winner.....cut him off and said NO and don't ever call me again. Think this is one of those credit card scams.
